Karen Brantley

Rev. Karen Brantley is an ordained Deacon with the United Methodist Church. She believes that God is continually shaping us and that each phase of life serves as a steppingstone in the journey of living out our call. 

Karen is a devoted mentor and advisor for Steps of Hope. Her deep passion for sharing the love of Jesus. Her heart for others is evident in her dedication to community development and discipleship. This passion led her to serve as the Pastoral Care Community Ministries Pastor at Grove City UMC, where she works to support and uplift her congregation. Additionally, Karen serves as a Chaplain with Wesley Ridge Retirement Community, providing spiritual care and guidance to residents. Through her commitment, Karen continues to inspire and nurture faith in every community she touches.

Karen and her husband Ken were both students when they first met while they were attending Ohio State University. They had three children: son Andrew and wife Anna, middle daughter Kristen is deceased, and youngest daughter Taylor and husband Adam. She is also a proud grandmother of two grandchildren.
