Advocacy
Welcome to Steps of Hope, Inc. Advocacy Services, where healing and empowerment intersect. Our mission is to champion women on their journey by supporting them overcome abuse, discover their power and live their purpose.
At Steps of Hope, our dedicated team stands by survivors every step of the way, offering compassionate support and guidance. Following a thorough assessment of their needs, our advocates provide personalized advocacy services, ensuring survivors receive the resources and assistance necessary for their healing journey.
We recognize that healing is a deeply personal and multifaceted process. That’s why our trauma-informed approach prioritizes the unique experiences and needs of each individual. Whether it’s navigating complex systems or connecting with specialized support services, our advocates are here to provide support and assistance.
At Steps of Hope, we believe in the resilience and strength of every survivor. Together, we can support women to overcome adversity, embrace their inherent worth, and live lives filled with purpose and fulfillment.
Through our peer services: survivors can find safety, inspiration, and a sense of belonging, no matter where they are on their healing journey.
One of the cornerstones of our advocacy is our comprehensive referral network. We believe that healing is a process that involves physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychological well-being.
To support this, referrals are initiated based on individual needs and are person-centered.
Community resources and professional referrals such as therapists, counselors, and other professionals who specialize in trauma-informed care and domestic abuse, are provided.
We are committed to providing personalized support tailored to identified needs, ensuring that the best possible guidance in the healing process is received.
Steps of Hope, Inc. is more than just a peer group; it’s a lifeline for those who have endured abuse.
